What are the different Shipping options? How is shipping calculated?
Standard shipping, at 3-5 business days, within Adelaide Metro is FREE for orders over $60.
For any orders below this threshold please contact City Dental Supplies to arrange the best freight option for your needs.
We also have the option for Same-Day shipping. This will be calculated regarding your suburb and required time of delivery.
We have available 2 hour, 3.5 hour and 5 hour delivery options, which each vary in price based on distance and volume of stock purchased.
If this shipping option is selected, you will be contacted once the order is received by office staff, to confirm shipping costs.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to make a return, first please view our Returns Policy, linked here on the portal and on our website.
If your return qualifies, please either contact your Sales Representative or the office on 8362 7611.
What is a Backorder?
A Backorder is when we currently do not have stock of the particular item on hand to complete your order.
Any backorders are registered into our system and promptly ordered specifically to fulfill your order. All backorders received through our warehouse are given priority and sent immediately.
What does “Coming Soon” mean?
Some stock items on the portal may have ‘Coming Soon’, instead of ‘In Stock’ or ‘Out of Stock’.
‘Coming Soon’ indicates we have ordered this item and are expecting delivery. Please consider this when you may be after stock urgently, or when considering to backorder an item.
The item I want to order is not on the Portal?
Our portal is currently in the final stages of completion. Currently, some of our brands are still being updated, and are therefore currently unable to order on the portal.
If you wish to add unlisted products to a specific order, please place a note on your online order notifying the City Dental Team that you will be contacting us to add to the order.
We will hold this order for 3 business days. If we do not hear from you regarding additions within this time frame, we will process the order as received from the portal.
What if I want to change something on my order?
If you wish to make changes to your online order, please contact the office directly on 8362 7611 as soon as possible, at latest one business day.
Please quote your Order Number, and we can alter the sale, providing it has not left our warehouse.
We strive on processing and sending orders promptly once we receive them. Orders are commonly processed within the business day they are received.
